Our condoms are produced in India, in carefully selected factories that meet the highest standards. Each facility complies with all legal requirements and is evaluated for product expertise, hygiene, production care, and overall capability. Every factory is audited annually by an official notified body.
To ensure consistent, reliable quality, every condom goes through a rigorous testing process:
- In-Factory Testing – Continuous sampling during production to monitor quality.
- Leakage Testing – Every single condom is electronically tested for leaks before packaging.
- Strength & Integrity Testing – Random samples are tested for durability and strength, following the ISO 4074 standard.
- Foil Testing – Samples are checked to confirm the foil is sealed correctly and contains the right amount of lubricant.
- Final Inspection – Before shipment, a final random inspection verifies that products meet all approved specifications.
