Condom production and testing
Our condoms are produced in Asia, where we meticulously select our factories to ensure the highest standards. All factories comply with legal requirements and are assessed based on product knowledge, ability, hygiene, and care during production. Each facility is audited annually by an official notified body.
To guarantee the highest quality, our condoms undergo a rigorous testing process:
- In-Factory Testing: During production, samples are continuously tested to monitor quality.
- Leakage Testing: Each condom is electronically tested for leaks before packaging.
- Strength and Integrity Testing: After production, a random selection of condoms is tested for strength and integrity according to the ISO 4074 standard.
- Foil Testing: Random samples are tested to ensure the foil is properly sealed and contains the correct amount of lubricant.
- Final Inspection: Before leaving the factory, a final random inspection verifies that the condoms are produced and packaged according to approved specifications.
